👨‍🔬 Andrés Guaca

Finca Guacobia (Huila)

Third-generation farmer refining Pink Bourbon with technical precision and a focus on clean, elegant washed coffees.

Andres Guaca is a third-generation coffee grower who switched to specialty coffee growing 5 years ago. He lives with his wife and two sons on their farm called Guacobia. The finca is located in San Adolfo, Huila at 1650 metres above sea level. Señor Guaca is constantly improving post-harvest practices and has entered the world of controlled and experimental fermentations. On his 5-hectare farm, he is planting exotic varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Pacamara and Gesha.

Chiquita Farm (Caldas)

Award-winning innovator in fermentation and barrel aging. Known for unique co-ferments that earned international recognition.

La Chiquita is located in the Coffee Triangle of Colombia: municipality of Palestina Caldas.
Its founder is Diego Bedoya, has dedicated the last 8 years perfecting his skills, working alongside farmers and expert coffee growers to understand every aspect of the production and treatment. Using innovative aging methods in oak barrels and co-fermentation with tropical fruits.
Diego Bedoya Exotic Coffee takes coffee to another level, making it a unique and distinctive seal, allowing you to experience unique flavors and aromas in every cup.

👨‍🌾 Wilson Ordoñez

Finca La Aldea

Wilson Ordóñez represents the fourth generation of a family dedicated to the Finca La Aldea coffee project. Under his leadership, the farm has evolved toward the production of high-quality specialty coffees, combining family tradition with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence.

For approximately 12 years, Wilson has been focused on the world of specialty coffee, developing extensive knowledge and experience in the production and evaluation of high-quality coffees. 

This process led to a gradual transformation of the farm, moving from traditional coffee production toward a model focused on cultivating distinctive varieties with high cup potential, which have demonstrated excellent performance and quality results.

Finca La Aldea is located at an altitude of approximately 1,850 meters above sea level, in an environment with exceptional conditions for producing specialty coffee. 

Today, the farm has more than 15 coffee varieties planted, with plans to continue expanding its varietal diversity. 

In addition to his experience as a coffee producer, Wilson Ordóñez has developed his expertise as a coffee taster and cupper over the past 4 to 5 years, gaining professional experience in the analysis and evaluation of high-quality coffees. This has further strengthened his understanding of the sensory characteristics and potential of each coffee lot.

Through Finca La Aldea, Wilson Ordóñez continues to strengthen a family project that combines tradition, innovation, and a passion for specialty coffee.
